    Xchat is kind of social network App and it use for communication. It provided connection between people from different geographical places.one of the feature of our App is nearby people. If users accept this feature and allow to it they can find peoples that are near to them, so for this feature and reason Xchat needs to location in background. Note: This feature never works without user's permission. Another reason that Xchat needs to location in background is Map. When users send to each other in 15" Xchat needs to location to provide this service even it is closed.
